Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of the fabrication team to meet production schedules.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.Monitor quality standards and conduct inspections to ensure products meet specifications.Provide hands-on support in fabrication tasks when needed.Train and mentor team members to improve skills and performance.Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and quality teams to resolve production issues.Maintain accurate records of production output, downtime, and material usage.Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions.Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and machinery.

Qualifications:

Diploma or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.Proven experience in metal fabrication or manufacturing operations.Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.Strong understanding of fabrication techniques (e.g., welding, cutting, forming).Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles is a plus.
