Job Title: Team LeaderJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Team Leader to join our team, supporting the supervisor by monitoring production lines for slow-downs and bottlenecks, and providing assistance to employees as neededThis role requires knowledge of all positions to effectively cover for absent employees and ensure smooth operationsResponsibilitiesMonitor production lines for slow-downs and bottlenecksAssist employees needing support during their shiftsCover for employees during restroom breaks or unexpected absencesAccurately track all line production and rejects to ensure correct counts on finished partsPerform visual quality checks and communicate issues to the supervisorArrive 15 minutes early to prepare for the daySend daily emails with production numbers and other relevant informationEssential SkillsTeam Lead experience in a production setting, preferably with 2-3 years of experienceExperience leading a team of 8 to 18 employees in a manufacturing environmentProficiency with computers for sending emails and printing labelsStrong communication skills and ability to lift 25 lbsShift

1st Shift: Monday - Friday 6 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
