Responsibilities\n\n\nEncourage your team to immediately report near misses / hazards as per guidelines;\n\n\nSupport Country Safety & Security Lead in investigating any incident occuring at site\n\n\nEnsure to conduct BBS conversation and GEMBA.\n\n\nEnforce proper 5S and area Standards.\n\n\nHave clear understanding of Objectives & KPIs applicable to your position and to your team. And  communicate them as necessary (including to new members of your team as part of the onboarding process).\n\n\nHave clear understanding of Roles & Responsibilities applicable to your team. And communicate them as necessary, to ensure the team is trained and prepare to execute them.\n\n\nEnsures that all VAS  has corresponding PO before the start of activity. \n\n\nProvide time and motion and cost estimate for all new activity requested by SCJ.\n\n\nMonitor and ensure that bundling output hit the target and GP.\n\n\nEnsure to send report needed on a timely basis.\n\n\nEnsure that all inventory variances are accounted and reconcile for Sub Con locations\n\n\nEnsure KPI related to your task are all met.\n\n\nCheck emails for any issues, queries and or help needed from internal and external customers.\n\n\nDo other tasks, as needed.\n\n\nRequirements
