What You Will Achieve
In this role, you will:
Manage projects and set objectives, leading people, technology, and financial resources.Identify and develop innovative process or product improvements, taking calculated risks to achieve results.Solve complex problems, leveraging experience from various areas as needed.Manage the performance of direct and indirect reports, supporting team objectives and providing input to senior management.Partner with leadership to achieve objectives and manage teams, ensuring regulatory compliance and adherence to SOPs and cGMP requirements.Develop and manage a team of process technicians, optimizing facilities and equipment, and leading the implementation of Lean Tools.Support the development of SMART Objectives, participate in best practice sharing programs, and manage the performance and training of shift colleagues and contingent staff.Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
High school diploma (or equivalent) with 8+ years of experience or associate’s degree with 6+ years of experience or BA/BS with 2+ years of experience or MBA/MS with any years of relevant experience Strong people management experience in a regulated manufacturing operations environmentExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsA working knowledge of Upstream/Downstream Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) manufacturing operationsAbility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and goal-driven environmentStrong decision-making capabilityBonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)
