**We have a fantastic opportunity for** **Team Leader** **s** **in Glasgow** **.**
As a Team Leader, you’ll play a pivotal role in the day-to-day management and success of your team. You’ll act as the primary point of contact for queries, ensuring smooth communication and efficient resolution of issues. Your responsibilities will include identifying training needs, coordinating development opportunities, and ensuring that all team members are equipped with the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
You’ll be instrumental in driving colleague engagement, fostering a positive and inclusive team culture, and maintaining high levels of motivation and morale. Through regular coaching, performance reviews, and constructive feedback, you’ll support your team’s growth and ensure individual and collective goals are met.
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and proactive leader with proven experience managing a team of FNOL handlers or claims handlers. You’ll understand the unique challenges of the claims environment and be confident in leading a team through high-pressure situations while maintaining service excellence.
You’ll need to be adaptable, solutions-focused, and confident in making decisions that align with both team and business objectives. If you’re passionate about developing people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are ready to take on a rewarding leadership role, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
**The skills you will** **have when you apply:**
+ **Experience as a claims team leader** : Previous experience managing a team of FNOL handlers/claims handlers required for this role
+ **Excellent communication skills** **:** You'll speak with and write to policyholders, insurers, contractors, and more. You’ll explain complex details clearly, and negotiate fair settlements for all.
+ **Ability to cope with fast changing working environment**
+ **Willingness to undertake professional qualifications** to support your development
