Shift Information
Monday–Friday | 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM
Must be willing to work flexible schedules
Required Education and Experience
High school diploma or GED
3–5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operations
2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
Strong knowledge of ERP systems; SAP preferred
Forklift experience strongly preferred
Preferred Education and Experience
Experience with SAP ERP systems
General Requirements

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and Word

Essential Functions of the Team Leader
Ensure warehouse inbound, repack, or outbound operations meet KPIs
Direct daily shift activities and monitor material handling equipment
Provide coaching and feedback to warehouse associates and contractors
Escalate maintenance and operational issues to appropriate departments
Analyze reports and data to guide team decisions
Maintain and update systems using standard office software
Lead improvement projects targeting safety, cost, quality, and efficiency
Support the performance and development of hourly team members
Guide structured problem-solving efforts
Apply BPS principles including Standardized Work, A3 Thinking, and Deviation Tracking
Compile and analyze data to resolve operational issues independently
Collaborate across departments to meet business objectives
Drive initiatives supporting department-wide improvements
