We are seeking an organised, proactive and commercially minded Team Leader to support National Account Managers in the Restaurants and QSR sector. This role focuses on project coordination, customer service excellence, and administration.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport National Account Managers with account coordination and reportingMonitor and improve margin performance and stock movement reportsHandle credit control side notes within 48 hoursDeliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationshipsCoordinate product rollouts, refurbishments, and new site openingsEnsure accurate order processing, despatch and invoicing for projectsLiaise with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure delivery targetsMaintain accurate project databases and provide regular updatesDelegate tasks to Account Coordinators and support their developmentEnsure sector delivers consistent and outstanding serviceRequired Skills & ExperienceOffice-based customer service or sales support experienceStrong verbal and written communication skillsHighly organised with strong attention to detailExcellent time management and ability to prioritise workloadConfident using IT systems and data reporting toolsExperience working with KPIs and revenue targetsProven ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentComfortable with phone-based communication (inbound and outbound)DesirableKnowledge of the catering equipment or hospitality industryExperience in project or account coordination rolesPersonal AttributesCalm, confident, and enthusiasticTenacious, methodical, and self-reliantTeam player with initiative and problem-solving mindsetAdaptable and open to changeDriven by high standards and attention to detail
