This Position reports to:
Engineering Manager
In this role, you will have the opportunity to be a design authority for an engineering discipline. Each day, you will complete assignments on multiple projects of moderate size or portions of major projects in a cost-effective manner. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring assignments are completed in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and cybersecurity policies and standards.
Key responsibilities:
• Comprehensive management and development of Engineering teams (Design and DTO)
• Control of performance and quality of work of the entire team
• Setting, monitoring and evaluation of KPIs (quality, performance, OTD)
• Responsibility for effective cooperation with production and testing room
• Standardization, optimization and implementation of processes
• Internal/External system support
• Motivate, create a good working atmosphere, lead the team to excellent results
Qualifications:
• Ability to demonstrate your experience in leading local/international projects.
• You have advanced skills in project management and 5+ years of experience in the technical field.
• Possess an enhanced knowledge of MS Office.
• You are passionate about responsibility, communication, stress resistance, and time flexibility, and you are innovative around these soft skills.
• Degree in secondary/university education in a technical field.
• You are at ease communicating in intermediate English.
• Detailed knowledge of manufactured MNS products and 2D/3D CAD/Eplan systems and PLM (DMS) systems would be an advantage
