Process Overview*
The process involves working claims on behalf of consumer credit card holders. The team works on the Credit card transactions which were disputed by BOA customer; setting-up the claims, providing TSP, applicable Fees remediation, indexing of documents received from Merchants/Customers and completing all possible recovery & exception processes. This work does not involve interface with the customer.
Job Description*
Team Leader would be responsible to lead a minimum HC of 15-20 FTEs with the focus to generate operational efficiency and achieve business goals along with employee development and growth. This role requires to collaborate horizontally and vertically to support strategic decision of the business.
Responsibilities*
Team Leader– Supervisor. Managing head count of 20 FTEs associates, whose Key responsibility resolves around meeting critical deadlines as per Compliance criteriaAdherence to the SLA’s – productivity, turn-around-time, and accuracyProvide appropriate coaching and feedback to help the associate come up the learning curveOutlier managementEngage in improving processes through reengineering, system checks, process automationPeriodical sample quality check of associates processing workInteract with client on transactional issuesReview daily key operational variablesDevelop back up and contingency planAct as a change agent and provide implementation assistance as and when the need arisesProvide subject matter expertise on processesUpdate Manager on process performance and critical people issuesIdentify potential people issues amongst the team & resolve the same on a proactive basisProvide process problem resolution assistance to teams via one on one’s and coaching sessionsAssess performance of Team Members and conduct performance appraisalsProvide coaching and feedback to team membersHold regular team meetings with Team Members to ensure that there is constant flow of information and knowledge dissemination –query logs, issue resolutionAssist new hires such that they are productive on the floor in the shortest possible time frameAssess training needs, provide training opportunities and train new hires and existing staffCross train Team MembersAppropriately use Rewards & Recognition to energize to motivate Team MembersHandle all logistics related issues: roster managementLeave planning, Managing Compensatory Offs, Unscheduled LeaveInitiating Disciplinary procedure in conjunction with HR and Reporting managerRequirements*
