Job Responsibilities

 

Lead shift start meetings and assign employees to appropriate work daily, to address changing workloads Ensure safe work practices and report safety incidents (near misses, incidents, recordables) Performs minor maintenance and troubleshooting Drive and consistently demonstrate 5S
Operates equipment according to safety and quality guidelines, with the expectation that the Team Leader will be fully trained and signed off at every operation in their area Provide technical assistance to operators as necessary Provide coaching adn counseling to improve performance and support positive employee relations Background and Skills

Qualifications

High school diploma, or equivalent, from an accredited institution is require
Minimuim one (1) year manufacturing/machining work experience Eligible to work in the United States without company sponsorshi

Position Criteria
