The main duties and responsibilities of this role: + Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of lifeguards on duty. + Motivate, support and guide the lifeguards to achieve organisational/departmental goals. + Ensure lifeguards are properly stationed, attentive, and performing their duties according to SOPs. + Lead the lifeguard team by demonstrating and upholding the brand standards in appearance, conduct, and guest interaction. + Handle guest concerns or complaints calmly and escalate issues when necessary. + Monitor all water areas to ensure a safe environment for guests and colleagues. **About You:** The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: + Certified Ellis and Associates Lifeguard Instructor + 2-3 years lifeguarding experience at a water park or 5-star hotel.
