Job Description
The Team Lead of (Smart) Work Services is responsible for supervising a team that manages international remote working requests under the Robert Bosch Smart Work framework. The Team Lead plays a critical role in aligning operations with global HR strategy, optimizing processes, and fostering strong collaboration between stakeholders & customers.
Your contribution to something big:
Lead the Team: Oversee and mentor a team while collaborating with multiple stakeholders and customers to ensure effective communication and alignment on objectives;Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the first point of contact for stakeholders, managing relationships and expectations to ensure seamless business continuity;Process Expertise: Drive process scoping and mapping, conducting time and effort analysis to optimize resources and enhance operational efficiencies;Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify and implement corrective measures in collaboration with stakeholders to improve processes and service delivery;Project Involvement: Lead or participate in departmental projects, contributing to strategic initiatives and addressing common challenges related to international mobility.Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
Education: University degree in HR, Management, Economics, or a related field (preferred).Experience: 2–5 years of team leadership experience in back-office operations within the HR shared services industry or core HR functions. Experience in HR project conceptualization and deployment is preferred.Know How: Familiarity with SAP and proficiency in Microsoft tools is an advantage.Languages: Excellent command of English (C1 mandatory).Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, capacity to prioritize and delegate tasks, and effective communication skills. Ability to motivate the team and influence stakeholders while proactively resolving issues. A holistic understanding of departmental perspectives beyond just team functions.Additional Information
