Job Description

To oversee a team of Universal Bankers for a Point/s of Representation (POR/s) within client experience, product and laid down requirements to drive sales and service objectives.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification: 

NQF Level 5 (FAIS aligned)

Experience Required:

Client CoveragePersonal and Private Banking3-4 years Front line experience in serving customers in order to meet sales and service objectives Knowledge of other departments and their functions within a branch
