As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for a variety of functions in US Wallet and Digital Settlement Accounting as team members support, support to management with escalations and team coordination topics .

Role Responsibilities

Process Improvements, metrics and reporting, as well as complexity escalations resolution for US Wallet, prepaid product and Digital expansion. Lead and participate in the projects related to settlement accounting operations, identifies, and initiates constant improvements of the settlement accounting operation processes. Ensures the controls of the processes comply with the rules and regulations of the company. Supports management to find, fix and Solve queries. Comply with Western Union Internal policies and applicable regulatory and financial reporting requirements.

Role Requirements

5+ years of relevant working experience preferably from Finance background in accounting activities like account reconciliations, accounting operations, financial reporting and analysis. Proven experience leading and testing projects as well as stakeholders’ management. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills. High- sense of urgency, proactivity, teamwork, and communication skills. Excellent analytical skills. Ability to identify and resolve problems. Strong written and verbal communication skills required. Knowledge in Power BI is a plus.
