This position supervises craft personnel within a discipline and/or function on a project or maintenance site. • Prepare project reports and contributes to project estimates by identifying activities, status, and performance • Develop working knowledge of Operations & Maintenance programs by applying standard O&M practices • Complete work by implementing crew deployment schedule in assigned area of responsibility • Assist in ensuring operation and availability of equipment by evaluating the quantity and quality of equipment and reporting corrective actions/programs as needed to management • Maintain technical knowledge by keeping current on available systems and equipment for maintenance management and/or custodial services • As directed, fulfill contract and Operating System Requirements (OSR)/Operating System Implementation Plan (OSIP) requirements by ensuring that the duties and responsibilities of the project contract are clearly defined, documented and followed by the Fluor team • Other duties as assigned **Basic Job Requirements** • A combination of education and directly related experience equal to two (2) years; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements • Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors • Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job • Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner **Other Job Requirements** • Assist site superintendent and site manager when required • Supervision, coordination, and execution of assigned work • Monitor work activities to ensure adherence to safety policies and procedures, quality standards, schedules, and cost control estimates • Coordinate craft personnel, materials, and equipment needed to meet schedules while adhering to budget restraints **Preferred Qualifications** • Craft experience • Ability to read blueprints We are an equal opportunity employer. Market Rate Statement: The market rate for the role is typically at the mid-point of the salary range; however, variations in final salary are determined by additional factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, relevant years of experience, geographic location, internal pay equity, and prevailing market conditions for the specific role.
