Team Lead Victim Notification - FBI
**Summary** Come join a company that strives for _Extraordinary People and Exceptional Performance_ ! **Chenega Enterprise Systems & Solutions, LLC,** a **Chenega Professional Services** ’ company, is looking for a **Team Lead Victim Notification** to work with FBI’s Child Pornography Victim Assistance (CPVA) and Victim Outreach Support & Strategy Team (VOSS) to help ensure that the FBI’s responsibility for timely notification is met. This position will provide full service administrative support to victim services providers (VSPs) within the VSD. The goal behind providing full scope support is to lighten the administrative load for the direct service providers to victims, provide one central location for data management and storage, and to help maintain data accuracy inside of FBI systems and VSD databases. The victim notification analyst contractors shall develop expert knowledge on FBI systems, VSD databases and the Attorney General Guidelines for Victim and Witness Assistance in support of the FBI VSPs both in the field and at headquarters. We actively strive to channel our highly engaged employee’s knowledge, critical thinking, innovative solutions for our clients. **Responsibilities** + Oversee Victim Notification Analysts in a supervisory capacity. + Provide full- service support to VSD victim services providers. + Assist the VNS coordinator, CPVA coordinator, and VSD management directly. + Oversee the processing of victim contact information, case documentation. + Provide validation and verification of case files in multiple case management systems. + Capture victim information in VNS and/or the CPVA Tracking System (CPVATS), generate victim notification letters to victims of cases to inform them of the status of the investigation. + Occasionally perform quality assurance and report generation. + Create VNS accounts for victim services providers after the VNS coordinator provides approval. + Present during briefings, meetings, and trainings when needed by the coordinator. + Review weekly reports and take action as needed. + Work with the coordinator to update SOPs. + Generate reports for various agencies. + Provide on-the-job training to new victim notification analysts. + Assist in maintaining the VNS for numerous Field Offices and Resident Agencies, as well as headquarters, and provide additional support on duties as assigned. + Manage the other contractors on the contract, interview new candidates and coordinate all hiring requirements. **Qualifications** + Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university. + Education can be substituted with four (4) years of relevant experience in a professional environment performing similar administrative tasks to those outlined above. + Minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience in a professional environment. + Minimum one year of supervisory experience. + Master’s Degree from an accredited university preferred _Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:_ + Exceptional communication skills with emphasis on effectively communicating detailed analysis and recommendations to personnel. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Experience in preparing presentation materials for a wide audience + Excellent communication skills with emphasis on effectively communicating program details with all levels of management and + Capable of working independently + Experience working in collaborative sessions, while demonstrating strong verbal communication and presentation skills + Experience producing written documentation, to include procedures and instruction. + Experience managing, tracking, prioritizing, and scheduling multiple projects simultaneously and with meeting short deadlines. + Ability to recognize when and where problems and opportunities exist and evaluate strengths and weaknesses of potential solutions to problems. + Experience and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. + Manipulating data in Microsoft Excel 2013 or later version to include: + Creating new spreadsheets + Entering data, auto fill features adding and adjusting columns and rows + Sorting, Filtering and Freezing Panes + Moving and copying worksheets within a workbook + Separating data in one cell to multiple cells using Text – to – Columns + Grouping data together using the Concatenate function + Working knowledge of basic excel formulas _Final salary determination based on skill-set, qualifications, and approved funding._ Many of our jobs come with great benefits – Some offerings are dependent upon the role, work schedule, or location, and may include the following: **Paid Time Off** PTO / Vacation – 5.67 hours accrued per pay period / 136 hours accrued annually Paid Holidays - 11 California residents receive an additional 24 hours of sick leave a year **Health & Wellness** Medical Dental Vision Prescription Employee Assistance Program Short- & Long-Term Disability Life and AD&D Insurance **Spending Account** Flexible Spending Account Health Savings Account Health Reimbursement Account Dependent Care Spending Account Commuter Benefits **Retirement** 401k / 401a **Voluntary Benefits** Hospital Indemnity Critical Illness Accident Insurance Pet Insurance Legal Insurance ID Theft Protection **Estimated Salary/Wage** USD $85,000.00/Yr.
