Job Summary

Manages production support activities for all major systems and related subsystems to ensure their integrity. Typically manages 2 or more specialized departments comprised of supervisors, managers, professionals, and/or large numbers of operational support employees.

Job Description

Developing and maintaining output service-level agreements with user departments and business units.Supervising daily activities for production control and computer personnel to ensure timely and effective reporting, tracking, follow-up and communication of problems with the user community.Overseeing and coordinating technical support for end-user training, production testing and equipment modifications.Ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all information entered into production scheduling and problem management systems.
