Team Lead - Production - 1st Shift - $26.30/hr
Work Flexibility: Onsite

Schedule: 1st Shift: Monday- Friday 5:00am-1:30pm, Overtime as needed

What you will do:  

Lead daily Tier 1 meetings

Leads small production team within one manufacturing line in relation to cell needs at the production level

Invests in employee involvement and development by being responsible and accountable, being passionate towards the success of the business, treating all with dignity and respect and by fostering personal growth. 

Ensure departmental compliance with all established Stryker policies, and ensures safety compliance

Partners with supervisor to ensure all team members are adequately trained and maintain completed competencies and ensure all employees are following standardized work and completing quality records accurately.

Meets goals as defined within Stryker key success factors of Quality First, Customer Experience, Innovation, People Development, and Financial Results.

Serve as Subject Matter Expert: Be the go-to person for all technical and operational issues in your area. Resolve challenges related to processes, and people to maintain smooth operations.

Intermediate knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and Root Cause Analysis

  

What you need: 

Minimum Qualifications:

High School or GED  

3 years of leadership experience with teams of 10+ individuals
 

Preferred Qualifications 

Clean Room experience
