Job DescriptionAssigns work to the assembly line operators via the work que and setups each DSP line for the product to be run. Helps lead and coach the personnell on the DSP lines to continuously improve the functionality of the packing operation. Verifies that all processes and WPI’s are followed and not deviated from. Prioritizes all work in the most effective order to satisfy the customer.
Trouble shoots any inventory problems such as combining pallets, identifying pallets holding up orders, expediting communications in the quickest manner available to get product moved to the correct location. Includes CIP or BPS where applicable by updating work processes as needed.
Monitors line audits, cleaning standards, and line location clean ups through 6s responsibility sheets. Should be performing periodic checks on the floor on an ongoing basis to identify deficiencies for quick resolution. The Team Lead is responsible for all locations and aisles in the supermarket and is also responsible for DSP assembly line setup.
Track daily hours, accuracy, and productivity of each associate. Evaluate associates and complete performance appraisals in a timely fashion. Other projects and programs as assigned.
Assures that all TPM and lift inspection are completed on PIT equipment. Writes work orders on all equipment to assure that PIT equipment operates safely and efficiently.
Communicates with Customer Service, Receiving, Quality, and other departments of DSP to effectively expedite priority for product that is just arriving to satisfy an aged order for the customer.
Help and assist the DSP team as needed with daily tasks and responsibility.

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $44,449.60 - $50,832.20. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc.
