Responsibilities Make an impact In this role, you lead a dynamic team of 6 Operational Procurement Managers focusing on the EMEA region, mostly based in Dortmund.  

Besides providing leadership, you support day-to-day processes, especially during peak times, ensuring timely process completion and compliance.  

You serve as the first point of contact for procurement-related queries from the Swisslog community and stakeholders.  

Driving continuous improvements for efficiency, actively participating in the digital target picture's development and implementation is also part of your role.  

You upskill and train your team on the latest process changes, assessing a potential shift of activities to a Shared Service Center.  

Application Requirements What you need to succeed You have a commercial degree or similar with robust technical acumen.  You bring several years of experience in operational procurement and ideally first experiences in a similar role.  You are proficient in SAP R3 MM (Material Management) with focus on procurement transactions.  You are experienced in Supply Chain Management in comparable industries and with project oriented solutions.  Basic knowledge of contract and sustainability regulations is necessary.  Ideally, you are knowledgeable in further digital tools in the Supply Chain / Procurement field.  Fluent English and German language skills complete your profile. #LI-KK1
