With our support, Publicis Groupe agencies continue to create and deliver award-winning campaigns for their clients. **Overview** The Financial Reporting Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely preparation of financial statements in accordance with local, corporate, and group-level requirements. This position oversees financial reporting activities, supports audit processes, maintains internal controls, and contributes to CSR initiatives. Additionally, the role offers team support and operational flexibility by providing guidance and backup when needed. **Responsibilities** **Financial Reporting & Compliance** + Ensure the timely submission of financial statements aligned with matrix and Groupe brand standards. + Verify financial data accuracy and completeness, requesting additional documentation when required. + Maintain compliance with local and corporate financial reporting obligations. **Financial Controls & Analysis** + Monitor financial controls to ensure accurate reflection of operational activity. + Review journal entries for currency fluctuations and provide profit and loss analysis. **Audit & Risk Management** + Support both internal and external audit procedures, ensuring compliance with internal controls and corrective actions where needed. **Corporate Social Responsibility** + Assist in the development and submission of quarterly CSR reports in accordance with Group guidelines. **Team Support & General Tasks** + Provide backup support to Reporting Analysts as required. + Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct manager to support departmental objectives. **Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. + Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial reporting, audit support, or financial analysis. + Solid understanding of financial controls, journal entries, and reporting standards. + Excellent organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail. + Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and financial reporting tools. + Experience in CSR reporting is a plus. + Advanced English proficiency required
