Team Lead for Global Travel & Expense
The **Concur Travel & Expense Team Lead** is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the T&E function, ensuring compliance with corporate travel and expense policies, and optimizing the use of SAP Concur. This role involves managing a team of T&E specialists, supporting end-users, driving process improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely expense reporting and reimbursement. **Position Responsibilities:** Team Leadership & Management + Lead, mentor, and develop a team of T&E specialists to ensure high performance and professional growth. + Allocate tasks, monitor workloads, and ensure timely processing of expense reports and travel requests. + Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions. Stakeholder Collaboration + Work closely with Finance, HR, Procurement, and other departments to align T&E processes with organizational goals. + Provide training and support to employees and managers on T&E policies and system usage. + Prepare and present reports and insights to senior leadership. System Administration & Optimization + Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for SAP Concur, including configuration, testing, and troubleshooting. + Partner with IT and Concur Support to resolve system issues and implement enhancements. + Drive automation and process improvements to increase efficiency and user satisfaction. Compliance & Policy Management + Enforce adherence to corporate travel and expense policies. + Collaborate with internal audit and compliance teams to support audits and implement corrective actions. + Recommend and implement policy updates based on industry best practices and business needs. Operational Oversight + Manage the end-to-end T&E process using SAP Concur, including expense report auditing, policy compliance, and reimbursement. + Ensure timely resolution of employee inquiries and escalations related to travel and expenses.
