Team Lead - ER Patient Access

Description:What you will do:

Performs at the appropriate competency at PAR level.

Demonstrate Epic registration proficiency by working at a level of 95% every month.

Demonstrate the ability to train New Hires on the Epic registration module used within the department.

Understand the intricacies of Epic for investigative research and troubleshooting of registration accounts.


Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required

Associate's degree preferred or process of obtaining one (preferred)

Must possess excellent customer service, communication and organizational skills and the ability to multi-task

Licensure:

*  Certified Patient Account Technician CPAT preferred
