What will you be doing?
Our data is at the root of everything Circana does. To ensure operational excellence, your responsibilities encompass maintaining high-quality standards in data entry and database production processes while actively supporting weekly production schedules across our EMEA business.
In your role, you will take a hands-on approach to leading a team of 2-3 members, with the potential for growth as the team expands. You will oversee talent management, ensuring the development and retention of skilled professionals. Your responsibilities include the planning and implementation of quality standards, where you will analyze new data sources, manage their integration, and coordinate all necessary processes. You will define interfaces and adapt converters to optimize data flow, while driving process improvements and standardizing workflows with comprehensive documentation. You will create specifications for process and production flows, optimize testing methods and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and conduct process and quality monitoring, including test management. As a professional point of contact, you will liaise with trading partners, the Global Operation Center, and other internal departments, while representing Team Leads, Managers, and Directors. Additionally, you will conduct appraisal interviews and facilitate career development discussions to support your team’s growth and success.
Job Responsibilities

Educational background (university degree) with numerical leaning Years of experience (up to 3 years) Attention to detail Experience of working with large data sets or experience of EPOS data Advanced Excel must and confident handling of Pivot Tables are an advantage Interest in collaborating on IT projects Programming skills can assist with your tasks Knowledge or interest in SQL or Python or any past programming experience (preferred)Circana Behaviors
