As a Team Lead within the Numerator Professional Services department, you’ll play an integral role in delivering the highest quality data to our clients. Your responsibilities will include managing a client analyst team, ensuring that timelines and quality measures are met on each assigned project. You will be a steward for Numerator standards and will lead internal strategic initiatives. You’ll be excited to work in a highly collaborative environment and will be responsible for providing coaching and development to both new and existing team members. Finally, you will lead highly complex projects (or overflow work) as needed. Key Responsibilities + Responsible and accountable for your team's maintenance of Numerator's superior quality standards across critical stages of the project while adhering to key timelines and ensuring we address client objectives + Responsible for creative troubleshooting and mentoring junior team members (inside and outside of your direct team) on more complex requirements of platforms and our core capabilities + Direct people management responsibilities with a focus on training, coaching, resource assignment, and professional development + Establish strong relationships with your key day-to-day contacts and become trusted to identify and deliver against their core needs. + Develop expertise in Numerator’s shopper metrics and what they mean to enhance the service provided to your client(s) and help build the knowledge of your wider team. + Demonstrate expertise in the UK retail and shopper marketplace + Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent + 5+ years of quantitative research experience + Excellent written and verbal communication skills + Strong attention to detail and organizational capability with an ability to prioritize + Thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment + Highly collaborative team-oriented focus + Flexible, can-do spirit + Previous experience in a related field (project management, panel management, insights, or marketing) + A proven leader with a people-first approach + Passionate about mentoring and coaching junior staff to new levels of professional success
