**Job Summary** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead - CM with 8 to 10 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in speaking English and domain expertise in ISV and Hi-Tech. This hybrid role requires excellent communication and leadership abilities to manage and guide the team effectively during day shifts. **Responsibilities** + Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve project goals and objectives. + Oversee the development and implementation of project plans and timelines. + Provide technical guidance and support to team members in the ISV and Hi-Tech domains. + Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team and with stakeholders. + Monitor and evaluate team performance providing feedback and coaching as needed. + Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. + Identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle. + Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. + Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution. + Manage project budgets and resources effectively. + Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in the ISV and Hi-Tech sectors. + Foster a positive and productive work environment for the team. + Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. **Qualifications** + Possess strong technical skills in speaking English. + Have domain expertise in ISV and Hi-Tech. + Demonstrate excellent leadership and team management abilities. + Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills. + Show proficiency in project management and resource allocation. + Display the ability to solve complex problems and make informed decisions. + Have a track record of successfully managing and delivering projects on time and within budget.
