What you can look forward to as Team Lead - Catalogue Data Management Operations:

Functional & technical leadership of a team (approx. 10 employees) in India location. Development and coordination of standard procedures, instructions, and documentation Performance evaluations using standardized tools and methods. Catalog database maintenance and print catalog coordination (global scope, cross-functional alignment) Coordination of catalog linkages (Europe/IMEA region) and continuous improvement initiatives. Master data update management (CDB, TecDoc standards) ensuring catalog integrity and compliance Maintenance of central vehicle master data (CDB and PIMS alignment) Interface with Sales, Category Management , and IT for layout requirements and technical implementations. Creation and maintenance of job descriptions and personnel requirements

 

Your profile as Team Lead - Catalogue Data Management Operations:

8-12 Years of experience in the similar role (Catalogue Data Management Operations) Proven experience as Team Lead (Should be able lead team of 10 people). Strong leadership and communication skills In-depth knowledge of personnel planning, recruitment, and evaluation processes. Familiarity with catalog systems (e.g., TecDoc) and print production coordination Experience in cross-functional collaboration (Marketing, Sales, Category Management, IT) Methodological knowledge in standardization, process documentation, and continuous improvement. High organizational and coordination competency, especially across international teams and systems. Fluent in professional English (German Language is a plus).
