About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Team Lead to oversee our Back Office Operations for a global financial services client in Nottingham. This hybrid role involves supporting service delivery, managing a small team, and driving process improvements in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities: Ensure delivery against client SLAs and internal KPIs Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve incidents and meet project deadlines Maintain and update operational procedures in line with compliance standards Conduct workforce and capacity planning to meet business needs Lead audits, risk management, and continuous process improvement initiatives Support recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and performance management Conduct regular team communications: huddles, 1:1s, and performance reviews Foster a high-performing, collaborative, and supportive team cultureRequired Skills & Experience:
Prior experience in back office or operational roles, ideally in financial services Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills Proven ability to manage competing priorities and high workloads Understanding of UK regulatory environment and data protection standards Demonstrated leadership skills, including performance and absence management Familiarity with customer service goals, systems, and incident management Experience working in a regulated environment (FCA knowledge desirableApply now with your updated CV for an imediate conversation with Talent team
