We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Lead to oversee and optimize our warehouse operations. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all B2B Wholesale/Retail related tasks are managed efficiently and our inventory management processes are efficient, accurate, and align with our strategic goals. Your expertise in logistics and team management will be pivotal in driving operational excellence and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. **Role Responsibilities:** + Lead and manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping. + Develop and implement efficient processes and workflows to enhance productivity and accuracy within the warehouse. + Supervise and mentor warehouse staff, providing training and guidance to promote a high-performance culture. + Monitor inventory levels and ensure the organization and accuracy of stock management. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align warehouse operations with overall business objectives. + Analyze operational metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. + Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations. **Qualifications:** + 1 year of direct experience in a manufacturing, production, or distribution environment + Self-motivated with high sense of urgency, resourceful and adaptability + Proven project implementations with demonstrated process improvement, KPI & financial results + Solid hands-on experience using wide range of lean/six sigma management tools (value stream mapping, fish bone diagram, pareto diagram, 5S, visual management, Kanban, Standard Work) + High school degree or equivalent **Travel:** This position is not remote.
