**Job Description:** **Basic Description:** This position will oversee PD Kits, offsite inventory, material transfers and our LiveArc product for training solutions. The individual must have strong decision-making ability, communicate clearly and be able to follow up with team to ensure objectives are being met. As a leader, will be an ambassador for our culture. **Job Responsibilities:** + Drive accountable and efficient work practices within our materials and PD Kit area. + Work close with material team on inventory management. + Help manage material and scheduling the build of our LiveArc product. + Involved in new employee training and cross training + Provide reliable, fair and unbiased feedback for employee evaluations + Provide constructive feedback to management + Ensure team is working in a safe manner and escalate any issues to leadership + Lead area by demonstrating an understanding of Miller’s core values and holding the team to that standard. **Position Requirements:** + Successful record of building positive relationships with co-workers and management + Experience driving process improvement through teams + Have 1 year of experience of cost and quality drivers of business + At least 1 year of warehousing or inventory experience _ITW is an equal opportunity employer.
