Team Lead
**Description** **Key Responsibilities:** + Provide direct supervision and oversight of contractor personnel across the following work centers: Flight Line, Avionics, Airframes, Flight Equipment, Tool Room, Maintenance Admin, Quality Assurance, Maintenance Control, ASM Fleet Administration, Aviation Log Specialist, Aviation Log Supervisor, and Support Equipment Maintenance Coordination. + Monitor overall contract performance to ensure compliance with technical and quality standards. + Serve as the primary point of contact for the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR). + Immediately notify the COR of any performance discrepancies and provide corrective action plans, including estimated timelines for resolution. + Coordinate work assignments, schedules, and task execution across assigned functional areas. + Support readiness reporting, personnel accountability, and ensure proper documentation of maintenance actions. + Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching and mentoring, and ensure proper training is in place for assigned personnel. **Required Qualifications:** + Minimum 15 years of experience in aviation maintenance or logistics, preferably in support of rotary-wing aircraft or DoD aviation programs. + Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance control or quality control + Prior experience supervising technical teams in a maintenance or logistics environment. + Strong understanding of aviation maintenance processes, including QA/QC, tool control, and flight line operations. + Demonstrated experience interfacing with government representatives and managing contract compliance. + Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience working on MV-22 or similar tiltrotor/rotary-wing platforms. + Prior military aviation background or relevant OEM certifications. + Knowledge of ASM Fleet Administration and aviation log procedures. **Contingent upon contract award.** Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
