In this role you will lead and maintain the overall activities of the production area during the shiftYou will also ensure production plan is followed and assist with training and continuous improvementYou will prepare post shift turnover report for oncoming shift and lead shift start up meetings is part of your roleYou will function as a working Team Leader filling voids on the production team should they occurYou will assist with the effective training and continual development of Operation TechniciansYou will perform ongoing development of standardized work methods/processes, ensure that standardized work is followedAlso you will drive performance objectives in the areas of delivery, cost, quality, and safety, and assist team members in consistently achieving their specific goalYou will operate and/or oversee the operation of technical processes and equipmentYou will monitor equipment and processes and ensure recording of process parameters
