* Ensuring that all team members are following safety guidelines, including 5S
* Ensure standard work is followed within the team
* Identifying & solving problems using Caterpillar Production Systems methods
* Maintaining safe and clean workstations within your assigned team
* Ability to maintain or exceed production standards set by the company
* Provide a fair and consistent work environment that promotes mutual respect
* Delivering work assignments as directed by Section Manager on a daily basis and assisting with special projects
* Training employees on assigned team to complete processes and certifications
* Communicate effectively with the team and across other departments
Required Qualifications
* Ability to read Engine Blueprints
* Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Desired Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
*Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
*Basic Knowledge of Standard Assembly tools and applications
*Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
*Able to read engine blueprints
*1 year of supervisory experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
*1 – 2 years of experience in assembly
* The employee may be required to move items weighing up to 35 pounds.

Summary Pay Range:
$21.65 - $27.80Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
