This position is located in **Richmond, VA** and offers a schedule of Monday to Thursday in office and the option to work remote on Friday **Responsibilities** + Lead a team of software developers in building applications and platforms using modern Typescript, React, HTML, .NET Core, SQL Server, and AWS technologies. + Apply sound quality management methods, tools and techniques to create and support defect-free application software that meets the needs of the organization + Take complete ownership of product launch activities and coordinate closely with DevOps to monitor application performance and availability. + Continually evaluate emerging technologies to identify opportunities, trends, and best practices that can be leveraged to strength CoStar’s technology platform and develop practices **Basic Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree + Track record of commitment to prior employers + 5+ years’ experience in web development and database technologies + 3+ years’ experience building large distributed, API-driven systems + Strong understanding of OOP and software design patterns + Experience using JavaScript, C#, SQL Server, and AWS technologies + Experience leading technical teams, working through complex requirements and offering relevant, timely technical solutions **Preferred Qualifications And Skills** + Commercial Real Estate knowledge is a bonus + Experience with non-relational databases such as MongoDB or ElasticSearch + Experience with Docker and container orchestration **What’s in it for You** When you join CoStar Group, you’ll experience a collaborative and innovative culture working alongside the best and brightest to empower our people and customers to succeed.
