About The Role

HUB continues to experience explosive growth and is seeking a dynamic client focused Team Lead to join our Personal Insurance Team in our Oakville office. This is an ideal role for someone who wants to build their insurance career and manage a book of business supported by a great leadership team and work culture. This role reports directly into the Manager, Personal Insurance.

What You’ll Do

Manage all aspects of an existing book of businessService, Quote and Sell Home and Auto insurance policies based on clients’ needsProvide an exceptional client experienceUnderwrite new and existing business for pricing and risk analysisWork with a great team of insurance brokers and leaders, supported by coaching and mentoringProvide insight to drive the company forward as a member of the Personal Insurance team

Qualifications and expertise that pave the way for Success

RIBO license requiredClient experience focusSales or Customer Service experienceExcellent communication skillsAbility to work independently and prioritizeStrong computer skills and ability to learn new softwareInsurance Industry designations such as CAIB, CIP an asset
