We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Team Lead, Client Implementation and Integration.
Principal Responsibilities
Drive key performance metrics across the Client Implementation team and demonstrate improvement in revenue realisation, digitisation and client satisfactionLead pre-mandate and RFI/RFP consultation for our diverse client base, utilising your deep knowledge of SME Payments, Liquidity, ERP, and Regulatory SolutionsStreamline documentation processes using GDOCs to ensure accurate and timely delivery, minimising frictionDrive the use of proactive project management methodologies and scalable organizational designs to manage multiple client projects effectivelyServe as the central liaison between internal and external stakeholders across multiple regions, effectively communicating with senior stakeholdersTake ownership of client relationships post-sales, leading client communication throughout the project lifecycle and beyondDrive accountability within the team to ensure every client is able to operate their accounts and services as expected, and project expectations are met before a project is completedDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our Net Promoter Score, providing valuable feedback to improve client experienceCollaborate with cross-functional teams globally, including Legal, Operations, IT, Sales, and Product, to optimise internal processes and project deliveryStay updated on the latest developments in payments products and technologyAct as a role model and escalation point for the team, providing training, support and guidanceDrive the strategic priorities of the GPS business, promoting a positive culture by maintaining a balanced approach to work and life, even when under pressureAdditional Responsibilities:
Lead and guide a team within Client Implementation, tracking projects assigned, handling escalations, and ensuring adherence to project management best practicesMotivate and inspire positive communication within the team to achieve goals effectivelyManage stakeholder relationships at a senior level, collaborating with Legal, Operations, IT, Sales, and Product to build robust and positive relationships which drive our strategy forwardPresent regularly on town halls and exchanges, cascading relevant team updates across EuropeSupport the Regional Head of Implementation on strategic initiatives, driving forward the delivery of our strategy for GPS, and ensure our team alignmentKeep abreast of industry trends and changes
