Join us! **Global Business Services** Global Business Services delivers Technology and Operations capabilities to Lines of Business and Staff Support Functions of Bank of America through a centrally managed, globally integrated delivery model and globally resilient operations. In India, we are present in five locations and operate as BA Continuum India Private Limited (BACI), a non-banking subsidiary of Bank of America Corporation and the operating company for India operations of Global Business Services. **Process Overview*** RDM team provides operations support to the Global Markets Business of Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Key Business activities include back office and middle office operations related to securities, derivatives, futures, options, currencies (FX) and commodities. Key functions include support to Trade Processing & settlement, Cash Management, Asset Services, Collateral Management, Reconciliation, and Client Data. **Job Description*** GDFX Static Data (Global Delivery Foreign Exchange) process is responsible for adding and maintaining client information with respect to settling and confirming transactions. This includes adding and updating client bank details, loading/updating Standard Settlement instructions for all trading counterparties of Bank of America Merrill Lynch, creation of Trading Identifiers for the clients across all regions. Success is measured at a team level, with internal targets and results being measured against the Line of Business external peer group on a regular basis. The error free transactionprocessing/completionof activities, adhering to the regulatory requirements and internal guidelines, meeting Organizational expectations and priorities at functional level, governance, monitoring and controls to manage risk around the process is key to success. Another measure of success is to ensure we manage projects deliverables and requests within tight deadlines as prescribed by the SLA’s/KRI’s/KCI’s. In a deadline driven environment, turnaround, accuracy and escalation are of high importance as we are at risk to market movements, client relationship, and the bank’s reputation including regulatory risks. Sense of urgency and attention to detail are pivotal competencies required to perform the functions.
