Do related improvement actions on unaccomplished ones. 确保团队中SQDCP KPI的达成，如果没有达成的应有相应的改善行动 • Review formal regular/irregular performance, make related countermeasures and support team members to implement. 做出正式定期的/不定期的业绩回顾，制定相应措施并协调团队成员执行 • Be familiar with statistic analysis and action follow up for mould issue 熟悉数据分析并跟进模具相关问题 • Consistently fulfill improvement both on safety and cost reduction 在安全和成本方面持续改进 • Ensure compliance with related requirements on quality, cost etc in moulding area. 确保注塑区域符合质量和成本等相关要求 • Focus on team member's satisfaction and motivation 关注团队成员的满意度和积极性 • Develop, train, confirm and improve standardized workflow. 发展、培训、确认并提升标准化工作的流程 • Accomplish other tasks assigned by manager, 完成上级主管安排的其它任务 Training/培训职责: • Coordinate and ensure correct process implementation and smooth process confirmation in production area.
