Team Coordinator L2 + **Location** Jiaxing, Zhejiang, China + **Job ID** 0000023531 + **Category** Hourly **Job Description** 您是否热衷于将技术与玩具相结合? 您想为孩子们的积木游戏和学习体验质量方面有所作为吗? 加入乐高集团!帮助乐高集团实现成为世界领导者的使命! 你的职责: • Work principle: Safety first + quality over delivery. 工作原则:安全第一 + 质量大于交付 • Ensure own area safety, care team member in right safety behavior . 确保本区域团队成员的安全行为和意识。 • Follow up company safety rule (Stop-Wait-Call) and escalation process strictly. 严格执行公司的安全规章制度(停止-等待-呼叫)和事故上报流程 • Lead production improvement project. 主导生产改善项目 • Identify the whole shift (all function area: material, operator ,technician C/O) focus points and lead the actions follow up 主动识别班组(所有区域:物料,作业员,技术员,换模换色)关注点并跟进 • Assist managers and leaders to coordinate and arrange daily work, ensure smooth operation of daily production. 协助经理或主管进行日常工作的协调及安排,确保日常生产的顺利运营 • Work with other TCs to coordinate production plan and accomplish other tasks. 和其他TC一起协调生产计划,完成其他任务 • Ensure achievement of team KPIs in SQDCP. Do related improvement actions on unaccomplished ones. 确保团队中SQDCP KPI的达成,如果没有达成的应有相应的改善行动 • Review formal regular/irregular performance, make related countermeasures and support team members to implement. 做出正式定期的/不定期的业绩回顾,制定相应措施并协调团队成员执行 • Be familiar with statistic analysis and action follow up for mould issue 熟悉数据分析并跟进模具相关问题 • Consistently fulfill improvement both on safety and cost reduction 在安全和成本方面持续改进 • Ensure compliance with related requirements on quality, cost etc in moulding area. 确保注塑区域符合质量和成本等相关要求 • Focus on team member's satisfaction and motivation 关注团队成员的满意度和积极性 • Develop, train, confirm and improve standardized workflow. 发展、培训、确认并提升标准化工作的流程 • Accomplish other tasks assigned by manager, 完成上级主管安排的其它任务 Training/培训职责: • Coordinate and ensure correct process implementation and smooth process confirmation in production area.
