Objective

 

Coordinate projects, activities and related events for the unit in Asia PacificKey extension to Division head on stakeholders meeting, coordination, schedules optimization and follow upMonitoring, coordination and follow up on management reporting and distributionProactively manage and monitoring the initiative/projects as neededDevelop and organize related presentation and documentation 

 

Main Tasks:

 

Collaborate closely with team for excellence services and active participation in operation excellence activities and initiatives.

 

Project coordination and follow up
Coordinate, follow up on related project activities, including necessary update and reporting documentation.

 

Service Catalogue coordination and documentation tidiness
Generate and update necessary service catalogue changes update and upkeep related records or documentation, including budget/cost related matters

 

Issues or incidents follow up
Proactively resolve issues, including critical tasks solution and timely update

 

Stakeholders/Team meeting coordination and communication
Effective planning on related stakeholders meeting, including clear agenda, minutes of meeting and tracking action items

 

Communication material and accuracy
Prepare and create advance Microsoft presentation for various purposes, including necessary communication quality checks for report, communication material, etc.

 

Events coordination and preparation
Resourceful in end-to-end coordination and preparation for related events, activities, etc.

 

Requirements

 

Education:

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in scientific area or Business Administration

 

Working Experience:

At least 3-4 years of relevant experience.Communication: Possess effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a result-oriented mindset.Language proficiency: Fluent in written and spoken English; proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin is an advantage.Analytical Skills: Demonstrate excellent analytical abilities with a keen attention to detail.Digitalization skills: Shown a strong affinity to digitalization and related tools.Proactive, be able to work under pressure, and independently.Proficient in MS Office including PowerPoint.
