Summary:
The role is responsible for providing overall support to the DTC Partnerships Team. Duties include, but are not limited to, meetings coordination, database management, invoice processing and other general administrative support to the department. The role is based in Singapore.
Prepare Travel & Entertainment (T&E) claims for the Executive Director, DTC Partnerships SEA and Executive Director, Growth Marketing APACManage the day to day calendar for both executivesMake all travel arrangements which includes booking of flights, ticketing, hotel reservation, visa application etc.Schedule meetings and manage appointments. Follow up closely to ensure each activity takes place as plannedReceive guests/overseas visitors, handle daily correspondence (mails, emails, faxes), answer phone calls and take and relay messages in a timely mannerManage SAP administration to include PO’s and Invoices Provide overall administrative support to the DTC Partnerships TeamOrganize weekly dept meetings and follow up with relevant teams, stakeholdersOrganize weekly Finance Deal approval working sessions Liase with Integrated Marketing on premiums and Disney+ swag for partnersPrepare and coordinate Partnership events, such as booking of venue, sending invites, managing RSVP, goodie bags, etc
