The Team Coordinator serves as a pivotal production employee, assuming a leadership position within a designated work area. This role involves guiding Operators through their job tasks, maintaining tracking metrics, identifying and reporting the causes of deviations, and actively engaging in problem-solving initiatives. The Team Coordinator will continually lead and support production efforts across all areas. **Job Responsibilities** Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following. + Should motivate and support employees throughout the day keep teams informed of production expectations, scheduling. + Work with other Team Coordinators to flex and train employees to reduce non-value-added hours in production.  + Facilitate RCPS board meetings and follow-up on open JDI and 4-Steps to have them resolved and closed ina timelyfashion.  + Train operatorsinwork practices and standard work.
