This role will instruct Operators on job tasks, complete tracking metrics, report causes for deviations and participate in problem solving activities. The Team Coordinator will progressively lead and support production in all areas.  **What You’ll Be Doing** + Should motivate and support employees throughout the day keep teams informed of production expectations. + Work with other Team Coordinators to flex and train employees to reduce non-value-added hours in production.  + Facilitate RCPS board meetings and follow-up on open JDI and 4-Steps toresolvethemand closeinatimelyfashion.  + Train operatorsinwork practices and standard work. Ensure cross-training is conducted to enable worker flexibility. **What We're Looking For** + High School/GED.
