As our current team coach has moved on to a new position within the company, we are now looking for a successor. The team coach role at Global Business Travel is to support and coach our travel counsellors to deliver exceptional travel service for our expanding business within our Energy, Marine and Mining organization. It is a high touch service environment, where the day-to-day operations is important to deliver the best service to our customers. The role will report to our Traveler Care Director
As our team coach you will:
+ Support and mentor your team of travel consultants in their daily work
+ Foster a culture of continuous learning, feedback, and motivation
+ Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions
+ Identify development opportunities and support career growth
+ Contribute to building a positive and high-performing workplace culture
+ Ensure the team complies with all legal standard requirements, which include mandatory training, compliance and sanctions
+ Deliver expectations on individual/shared team goals and support all business KPI’s
What we are looking for:
+ Minimum 2 years’ experience managing teams
+ Coaching skills is an advantage
+ Background in the travel industry or customer service
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
+ Empathetic, structured, and solution-oriented mindset
+ Fluent in Danish and English (spoken and written)
+ Enthusiastic about helping others grow and succeed
