About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2, working closely with class teachers to deliver high-quality learning experiences. You may be providing general classroom support, small group interventions, or 1:1 assistance for pupils with additional needs.

Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging lessons

Support pupils with their academic, social, and emotional development

Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment

Monitor progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents where appropriate

The Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience working with children (in school or a similar setting)

A positive, flexible, and proactive attitude

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2 or 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning) - desirable but not essential
