The Role:
* Full Time, Part Time can be discussed (Term Time Only)
* Location: Shifnal, Shropshire
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the day-to-day learning and development of pupils with SEMH needs.
* Ensure a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment that allows pupils to thrive.
* Build strong, supportive relationships with pupils to boost confidence and engagement.
What We're Looking For:
* Passionate, empathetic individuals with a desire to work with children with SEMH needs.
* Excellent communication skills and a team-player mentality.
* Prior experience in a similar setting is a plus, but not essential.
