We are looking for an experienced TCPWave Subject Matter Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in TCPWave's DNS, DHCP, and IPAM technologies and a demonstrated ability to lead and support implementations in large enterprise environments. This role will focus on providing expert-level guidance, troubleshooting complex issues, and driving improvements and best practices in DNS, DHCP, and IP address management.

Key Responsibilities:

Expert Troubleshooting: Serve as the primary resource for complex troubleshooting related to TCPWave technologies, ensuring quick resolution of issues and minimizing impact on business operations. Implementation Support: Lead the implementation of TCPWave DNS, DHCP, and IPAM solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment and integration with existing systems. Training and Development: Conduct training sessions and workshops for operational teams on TCPWave technologies, enhancing their skills and expertise. Governance and Standards: Maintain and enforce governance on infrastructure standards and policies for DNS, DHCP, and IPAM, ensuring compliance and operational excellence. Process Improvement: Analyze existing processes and workflows, recommending and executing improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability of IP address management and related services. Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), playbooks, and best practice guides for TCPWave implementations. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide guidance on technology integration and best practices. Collaboration with IT Teams: Work closely with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and Network Operations teams to automate manual operational tasks, improving service delivery and response times.

 

Qualifications:

Minimum of 7 – 10 years of experience in DNS, DHCP, and IPAM technologies, with a focus on TCPWave solutions. Proven expertise in the deployment and management of TCPWave platforms in large-scale enterprise environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively. Experience with scripting and automation tools is a plus, particularly related to DNS and IPAM management. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects and priorities effectively. Relevant certifications in networking or TCPWave technologies are highly desirable.
