Principal Responsibilities:
• Lead the design, setup, and commissioning of pilot production lines for new products or processes
• Specify equipment requirements, procure necessary components, and oversee installation and integration of manufacturing systems
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and quality control measures for pilot production operations
• Monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and maintain productivity
• Conduct experiments and trials to evaluate process parameters, identify bottlenecks, and improve yield, quality, and throughput
• Implement process enhancements, automation solutions, and efficiency improvements to scale up production while reducing costs
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices in pilot production operations
• Establish and maintain quality control procedures, perform product inspections and testing, and document non-conformances
Required Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of related experience
