Through these efforts, IT helps to improve the competitive position of Corning's businesses through IT enabled processes. IT also delivers Information Technology applications, infrastructure, and project services in a cost efficient manner to Corning worldwide. **Role Purpose** The TBM Process Owner for Service and Application Portfolio Management is accountable for the improvement and execution of both the Service Portfolio and Application Portfolio Management processes. This individual will ensure the processes are understood and carried out by individuals within the various IT Service Lines and BEIT. **Key Responsibilities** + Implement and enforce governance process for services and application services + Educate stakeholders on the service portfolio lifecycle and application processes to ensure understanding in terms of impact to the Bill of IT + Train and educate stakeholders on application service and business application processes + Confirm the accuracy of information held at all stages within the process + Monitor and manage stakeholder compliance + Provide information related to the service and application portfolio to key stakeholders as required + Proactive communication with Business and Service Lines + Partner with Enterprise Architecture to establish clear requirements for application services and business applications + Conduct continual service improvement activities to cover customer requirements, business/technology changes and strategy/organizational changes + Identify and implement opportunities for improvement and automation **Experiences/Education - Required** + Bachelor’s in Business Management, Information Technology, Financial Management, or similar relevant field + 5-7+ years relevant experience + IT Service Management and ITIL knowledge + Experience leading complex initiatives or efforts + Effective leadership, organization, and planning skills, with ability to handle changing priorities + Excellent communications, interpersonal and influencing skills + Demonstrated track record driving initiatives to successful conclusion using influencing tools + Ability to collaborate with international teams across multiple initiatives that span various lines of business, geographic borders, time zones, and cultures + Must be a self-starter; able to work in team environments and motivate others + Experience with developing and delivering training on process, standards, and policy + Able to work in highly collaborative environments + Effectively present in group settings in a professional and courteous manner + Able to learn new and emerging concepts very quickly **Experiences/Education - Desired** + Familiar with ServiceNow navigation + Experience in Agile methodogies (i.e. Scrum, Kanban) + ITIL Certification preferred + Six Sigma Certification + Experience with training and development of virtual training techniques + Up to 5-10% travel **This position does not support immigration sponsorship.** The range for this position is $85,421.00 - $117,454.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
