Roles & Objectives
As an Intern you will be part of our Tax Stickers Department for Philip Morris Manufacturing & Technology Bologna S.p.A. and will be reporting to Tax Sticker Lead. The position will be based in Bologna.
In your role, you will join the Tax Stickers team supporting in managing the tax stickers logistic flow with and end-to-end approach, ensuring control of tax stickers (including digital tax sticker - DTS) movements, safe storage, inventories, ordering, reconciliation, returns to market and destructions in compliance with local regulations, SOX and other PMI policies and procedures.
Specific Responsibilities:
Be part of cost elimination initiatives linked to tax sticker end-to-end flowCo-operate with the team to attack tax sticker lossesSupport Tax Stickers Lead to ensure autonomous/self-sufficient team's compliance to all standard Warehousing&Logistics RTT/OPEN+ Systems and tools according to phase requirements of SiteCollaborate with process expert in problem solving and on floor troubleshooting.Engage required departments to investigate discrepancies and ensure proper action planCheck the issued forms provided to Production and monitors not only the collection of damaged and recovered stamps but also unnecessary stamp losses
Who we’re looking for
Degree in Management Engineering, Management, Business Administration or Economics or related fieldsLiteracy in Office SuiteFluent in English and in ItalianAbility to work in a team and to engage with multi-functional stakeholders
