Tax Sr Analyst Job ID 219673 Posted 17-Jun-2025 Service line Corporate Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Accounting/Finance Location(s) Makati City - National Capital Region - Philippines **About the Role:** As a CBRE Sr. Tax Analyst, you’ll be responsible for moderate to complex projects associated with preparing and maintaining records, returns, and related reports in accordance with the latest tax regulations and guidance. This job is part of the Tax job function. They are responsible for all tax-related matters across the company's domestic and international areas. **What You’ll Do:** + Assist in all aspects of tax planning from research to preparation. + Prepare and review various domestic and international tax returns, payments, extensions, and related documents. + Review and approve estimated tax payment vouchers and tax return extensions. + Conduct tax research to resolve issues and implement approved tax strategies. + Help with domestic audits by collecting information to provide to the auditors and respond to tax notices from various domestic tax agencies. + Oversee the domestic tax review and audit process. Update annual deferred tax assets schedules, work with auditors, and respond to notices from domestic tax agencies. + Provide efficient, reliable, and courteous service to customers. + Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and solve routine problems. + Have a broad knowledge of own job discipline and some knowledge of several job disciplines within the function. + Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. May convince to reach an agreement. + Impact the quality of own work and the work of others on the team. + Work primarily within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines. + Explain complex information to others in straightforward situations **What You’ll Need:** + Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Certified Public Accountant license, preferred. + Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems. + Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents. + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. + Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset. + Advanced math skills.
